Certification Process
TYFA will email the organization their Org Login.
The organization will upload their athletes into the system.
Parents will receive an email with their login details.
Parents must log in and complete the required tasks.
TYFA staff will review the documents and pictures to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
Once all tasks are completed and approved, the athlete is considered certified.
Important: If an athlete does not complete the certification process, they will not be allowed on the field and may be considered illegal, resulting in forfeits and fines for their team and organization.
Certification Fees
Certification fees are established by the league and may be adjusted annually to account for increases in operational costs. Each organization will decide whether they will cover the certification fees or if parents will be responsible for paying them.
Football Players: The Spring Participation fee is paid by the organization. In the Fall the organization will decided if they or the parent will pay the $25 Participation Fee.
Cheerleaders: The Spring Participation fee is $15 and the Fall fee is $25. The organization will decided if they or the parent will pay those.
