This sport is designed for children. Regardless of the level of competitiveness it has reached, there is no tolerance for inappropriate behavior.
TYFA has a “ZERO” tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior.
Kindly show respect towards your opponents, players, volunteers, and parents involved in the sport.
No matter your “personal” opinion on the referees' decisions during the game, refrain from verbally abusing them. The presence of referees is crucial for the children to be able to play.
If you wish to file a complaint with TYFA, please send a detailed email to HelpDesk@tyfa.com and provide your contact information. Please note that TYFA will not initiate a phone call if your email simply states, "Call me, I want to complain."
Each organization operates independently and is responsible for its own management.
TYFA does not have authority over an organization's finances, therefore we cannot enforce refunds nor dictate how they allocate their funds.
TYFA does not intervene in the internal affairs of an organization unless it violates TYFA policies.
TYFA does not have a “mandatory play" rule.
The decision regarding mandatory play is determined by the organization that you are registered for.
